1. Information We Collect
R2P2 LLC may collect information you submit through public forms, including name, email, phone number, company or property details, hotel name, property address, room count, website or booking link, focus area, message content, and related inquiry details.
We may also collect basic technical context such as page URL, landing path, referrer, UTM parameters, user agent, approximate request metadata, and hashed IP address for fraud prevention, routing, attribution, and operational debugging.
2. Hotelier and API-Backed Intake
Hotelier intake and general inquiries may be submitted to R2P2-controlled systems, including the Hotelier API, so R2P2 can review, qualify, respond to, and support onboarding or service delivery.
3. Payment, Rewards, and Gift-Card Concepts
Public inquiry forms are not designed to collect full payment card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, gift-card PINs, private keys, passwords, or other secrets. Do not submit those details through public forms. Future R2P2 Pay Optimizer or rewards-planning features should collect only the minimum information needed and should use secure product-specific flows when sensitive data is required.
4. How We Use Information
R2P2 may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, qualify hotel-owner interest, provide requested information, support onboarding, improve services, route leads, generate internal reporting, maintain security, and develop offerings related to Hotelier, direct commerce, secure automation, PKI, identity, and governed AI workflows.
5. Sharing
R2P2 does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with vendors or service providers that help operate the website, communications, email delivery, hosting, analytics, security, lead processing, or customer support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.
6. Third-Party Platforms
R2P2 offerings may interact with or reference third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, hotel systems, payment processors, communications providers, cloud infrastructure, identity providers, loyalty programs, card issuers, and wallet platforms. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and terms.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
The public site may use local storage for theme preference and session context such as CTA source. Future analytics or conversion measurement may use cookies or similar technologies where appropriate.
8. Security
R2P2 uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for the public website and inquiry workflows. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Sensitive production secrets should only be exchanged through approved secure channels.
9. Data Retention
R2P2 retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry response, onboarding, service delivery, business records, security, compliance, and legitimate operational purposes.
10. Your Choices
You may contact R2P2 to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable and feasible. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, legal, or compliance reasons.
